Legal agreement between you and WorkforcePro governing your use of our platform.
By accessing or using WorkforcePro's platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
These Terms apply to all users of the Services, including workers, companies, and visitors.
2.1 Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
2.2 Account Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
2.3 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
2.4 Verification. Workers seeking Verified status must complete our identity verification process, which may include submitting government-issued identification and undergoing background checks.
Providing false information or attempting to falsify verification results may result in permanent account termination.
3.1 Independent Contractor. You acknowledge that you are an independent contractor and not an employee of WorkforcePro. We do not control or direct your work, and you are solely responsible for performing your services.
3.2 Work Eligibility. You represent that you are legally authorized to work in the jurisdiction where you accept assignments and that all information provided is truthful.
3.3 Professional Conduct. You agree to perform services professionally, arrive on time, complete assigned tasks, and treat company personnel with respect.
3.4 Payment. You will be paid according to the rates agreed upon in each work assignment. WorkforcePro processes payments and deducts applicable fees as disclosed in your agreement.
3.5 Verification Maintenance. Verified Workers must maintain accurate information and may be subject to periodic re-verification.
4.1 Accurate Information. Companies agree to provide accurate information about work assignments, including job requirements, pay rates, location, and duration.
4.2 Legal Compliance. Companies agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding employment, including but not limited to minimum wage, overtime, workplace safety, and anti-discrimination laws.
4.3 Payment Obligations. Companies agree to pay for all completed work according to the terms specified in each assignment. WorkforcePro may charge companies for services rendered.
4.4 Company Verification. WorkforcePro reserves the right to verify company information and may require documentation of business registration and insurance.
4.5 Non-Circumvention. Companies agree not to circumvent the Platform by hiring workers directly to avoid fees, unless a valid non-circumvention fee is paid as specified in your agreement.
5.1 Verification Process. WorkforcePro conducts verification checks based on information provided. We rely on third-party services and public records, and we cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy of verification results.
5.2 No Guarantee of Employment. Verification does not guarantee that a Worker will receive job offers or that any particular assignment will be successful.
5.3 Verification Badge. Verified Workers receive a badge indicating completion of our verification process. This badge is proprietary to WorkforcePro and may be revoked at any time for violation of these Terms.
5.4 Background Check Authorization. By applying for verification, you authorize WorkforcePro and its service providers to conduct background checks as permitted by law.

All fees are disclosed before each assignment. WorkforcePro reserves the right to modify fees with notice.
Using fake identities or falsifying documents
Circumventing the platform to avoid fees
Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against others
Attempting to access other accounts or systems
Introducing viruses, malware, or harmful code
Infringing on copyrights or trademarks
WorkforcePro owns all rights, title, and interest in the Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and designs. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without our written permission.
You retain ownership of any content you submit, but you grant WorkforcePro a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, and display such content to provide our Services.
WorkforcePro may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Sections relating to fees, intellectual property, disclaimer, and limitation of liability shall survive termination.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WORKFORCEPRO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that: (a) the Services will function uninterrupted, secure, or error-free; (b) any errors will be corrected; (c) the Platform is free of viruses or other harmful components; or (d) the results of using the Services will meet your requirements.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WORKFORCEPRO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WorkforcePro and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Platform. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
